Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and any outstanding balance must be paid before booking another appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled depending on the time available. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the late cancellation fee may apply. I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
